Leadership Team
The purpose of the Leadership Team is to simplify the administrative work of the Church Council (SPPRC, Finance, and Trustees) in order to resource the local church to accomplish its goal of growing disciples of Jesus Christ.

Members include:

  • Lay Leader
  • Pastor
  • Chair of Leadership Committee
  • Chair of Trustees
  • Chair of Ministries
  • Chair of Staff Pastor Parish Relations (SPPRC)
  • Chair of Finance
  • Ministry Council Chair
  • 3 at-large members

Ministry Council
The purpose of the Ministry Council is to coordinate the ministry teams that provide hands-on opportunities to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. Each ministry team has a chairperson and sub-groups to perform the work of organizing opportunities for people in our community to grow in Christ.

Ministry Teams include:

  • Spiritual Formation
  • Worship
  • Missions
  • Fellowship

Step 1 – Spiritual Gifts Inventory

Please complete the Spiritual Gifts Inventory by clicking the button below. You will need to create an account to complete the free inventory. The results from your inventory are required to complete step 3, the leadership application.

Step 2 – Primary Leadership Components (PLC)

Please complete the Primary Leadership Components Assessment (PLC) by clicking the button below. This is an assessment that helps volunteer coordinators ensure that teams are well rounded with people who are defined as one of the following: Spiritual Shepherd, Systems/Tasks Organizer, Vision Crier.

The PLC looks at your passions and interests. Passions are causes that are deeply rooted in who we are. If we are passionate about something it feels like we can’t live without it (i.e. I am passionate about my family). Interests are hobbies or activities that we enjoy, but are not top priorities in our lives (i.e. I am interested in woodworking).

The results from your assessment are required to complete step 3, the leadership application.
